Gail — Owner 

With more than 20 years of experience as the Ceremony and Special Events Manager at the University of California, Davis, Gail brings a wealth of expertise, organization, and calm confidence to every event. She was also the co-owner of Aroma Catering, giving her an exceptional understanding of what it takes to create seamless, beautifully executed experiences from start to finish.

When she’s not making events happen, you’ll likely find Gail on the tennis court—or spending time with her four-legged sidekick, Penny. Her passion for people, celebrations, and the little details that make an event special is at the heart of everything we do.

Haily — Marketing & Communications Director

Haily is the voice, storyteller, and creative energy behind our brand. As Marketing & Communications Director, she brings fresh ideas, thoughtful communication, and a genuine enthusiasm for connecting people with what we do.

With an eye for detail and a personality that makes everyone feel right at home, Haily helps bring our vision to life both behind the scenes and in the community.

Alexa — Bartender

Alexa brings professionalism, personality, and a welcoming presence to every event. She knows that being a great bartender is about much more than pouring a drink—it’s about reading the room, connecting with guests, and making everyone feel comfortable and cared for.

Her friendly energy, attention to detail, and natural Southern hospitality make her a wonderful addition to any celebration.

Kimiko — Bartender

Kimiko brings a perfect blend of professionalism, warmth, and personality to the team. She has a natural talent for making guests feel welcome and keeping things running smoothly, even when the party is in full swing.

Whether she’s behind the bar or mingling with guests, Kimiko brings the kind of genuine hospitality that makes every event feel fun, polished, and personal.
