Do you offer the sale of alcohol?

State laws prevent us from providing alcohol. We offer complete beverage catering for your event. However, alcohol can be purchased by the client and our team will assist you through the ordering process and pick up/deliver your prepaid orders. Our licensed bartenders are legally allowed to serve it so once you have it, we are set up to take over!

Do you carry insurance and what kind of insurance is required?

We carry General Event Insurance and Liquor Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for the event.

Can you serve a non-alcoholic event?

Yes, we are happy to provide service for any type of event and provide a non-alcoholic beverage menu ranging from sodas, lemonades, mocktails, and more!

What are the dimensions of your trailer?

Our trailer measures 82"W x 104"H x 16'L

Where are you located and how far will you travel?

We are located in Bentonville, AR and service the surrounding areas within a 50 mile radius. We are willing to travel for an additional .75/mile and possible lodging expenses depending on the time of your event.

Do you have a rain policy?

Due to our advanced booking model, we cannot predict rain or bad weather. In the event rain or bad weather occurs, we are happy to work with your tent vendor to find the appropriate size tent for our bar services. Tents must be more than 9 FT. tall for our mobile bar to fit inside. 

Can you help us plan a drink menu for our event?

Absolutely! We offer a seasonal menu with a wide range of beverage options to choose from, but if you are throwing a particular themed event, we are more than happy to customize a menu specific to your desires. 

What is your payment and refund policy?

We require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and time. The remainder of your payment is due two weeks prior to your event.  Cancellations made within 60 days of the event will not receive a refund for the deposit. 

What does On The House Mobile Bar require for setup?

We need clearance and a flat surface for parking the trailer. The service window is located on the passenger side.
